TN Foreclosure Search Process

Bob Blackburn
Posted

Hello! I live in Knoxville and am searching to invest in a foreclosure. The foreclosures are posted on https://www.tnpublicnotice.com/, but it is time consuming to scrub through all of the foreclosure postings for the address auction date, and then begin my own diligence (zillow, tax records, etc.). Any suggestions on how to streamline this process?

You could get realtytrac subscription and they will do the heavy lifting for you. You can browse homes for sale, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, auction properties, and bank-owned homes - all in one place. Around $40/month.
