Also, in the future you may want to outsource the management to a property manager so you can do other things like go on vacation :) I'm a believer that it's just good practice not to get the habit of "creative accounting" to make a deal seem better than it is.Always factor in the PM fee!

hmm...the best thing I can suggest to you Tommy is to check out elance.com or getafreelancer.com and hire a professional copywriter to do this for you.Some time it is best to outsource our work to professionals rather than write it ourselves unless you have the experience in writing up a sales letter/postcard.
