Whats with the REO sellers out sourcing their escrow work to India

Anyone run into this.. I am working on a few deals with another BP member buying some fix and flips I am going to fund and the escrow function is coming from India.. 17 e mails a day 4 to 5 calls wanting me to fund without proper docs and or title commitments.
My on the ground partner is ON it totally so we don't have a problem as he is an expert in his market and a RE broker and very seasoned so he won't let anything slip by.. but it this were Escrow functions are going off shore.. incredible.
