What To Say On Postcards Sent For Leads
Does anyone have any good info for what to write on postcards that you mail out for pre-foreclosures?
It seems to be kind of a touchy subject so I'm not sure what to write on them.
Any suggestions?

Tommy, PM me and I will send you something to start with. In the beginning it ok to start with something like this. But don't stick to it exactly.
Remember the key to marketing is creativity. Get in mind of the person your trying to reach. You do this buy asking yourself the following questions: What is going on in the mind of your prospect? What problems do they have? What do they want solved? What is keeping them from solving their problem? What are they frustrated about?
Write down the answers to these questions on a sheet of paper, then create a postcard that addresses those issues.
If you do this, you'll get lot more responses from your mailings.
If you go the easy way and buy some Gurus postcard you'll definitely regret it.
