Furnished Finder is great but I would make sure you are creating an integrated calender amongst newer sites that you add on.

No, bececause every site is so different. 

We find pricing today is way lower than what the site say.

Only advice I can suggest is to continue to market future and guests to other channels such as a direct booking site, or the other housing platforms.In the beginnning, Airbnb and VRBO were just about the only place we got bookings, but now we get some from direct, booking.com, and a couple of other sites.Hope that helps.Mike

Many sites do syndicate MLS data, but it's much more robust for active listings and a large fail for closed statistics.

I'm exploring different options for building on vacant land here in CA and am very intrigued by pre-fab home designs (Walls etc.. are assembled in a factory and shipped to site).

That can take some time, a few phone calls, a site visit, etc but I find it can avoid problems down the road.Good luck,Steve
