My "thing" is installing the nicer cream 2 inch slat faux wood blinds in every window.

I'm buying (starting out) in neighborhoods that are already fenced, and frankly I don't care if the fence is off a few inches.  

A lot of the time the property will sit vacant and I won't figure out they left until I get a tall grass violation.

It was about 3 inches deep and when I dug down (after smelling gas), it fell apart when I touched it.

Question is, if there was a snow storm that lasted let's say 8 hrs and accumulated10 inches, do you clean up once the storm stops or several times in between?

I've painted paneling the same color as the other walls, without spackling, which tends to come loose.Also have removed paneling and if walls ok or needed a little patching, then paint.Or if walls are real bad then you can add 1/4 inch drywall, its about the same thickness as the old removed paneling and makes the walls look brand new and has the backing of the old plaster underneath.

It even prints a hard copy and spits it out of it's belly for the visitor to take home their copy.Agents can use drones to turn on lights, air conditioning, light a scented candle, music before a client visits.When the grass is too tall the drone can even mow the yard.That sounds more realistic and reachable then delivering octocopters.

On these city owned houses, a building inspector has already gone through every inch of the house and written that repair report which is on file.
