I was quoted 12-14k for new central heat and air which included all the duct work.

Am a dual citizen (US & Portugal) and work remote, have been considering investing in Porto, Portugal (highly touristy area that has been growing tremendously not only in value, but in tourism) where my family is from or getting a multifamily here in the states (currently live in the tri-state area).

I'm in northern Indiana and had a very efficient heat pump/central AC unit and when the outside temp got below about 40 degrees I had to use my forced air furnace as backup because the heat pump couldn't extract very much heat from the outside air to bring inside temp up and keep it comfortable.

I am currently on active duty Air Force living overseas in South Korea.
