I just saw the name of a bar union and Fitch it is next to my house, so anyone who hear about the next meet up let me know, I'm new to the buying and I will like to lear more about it.

Whereas a 20-something white person with middle-class parents who goes down to the bar, gets drunk, and gets in a fight might receive an aggravated assault charge he gets 30 days in the local slam for, a 20-something black person raised in poverty is far more like to get a terroristic threats charge, a battery charge, and is then charged with resisting arrest.

The bar to get a contractor’s license is also quite low with an open book test and 15 hours or so of education.

Befriend local bouncer at the seedy bar in town, offer discounted rent for him to serve notice to tenants. 

If you want a B Class building at a 7 cap, not going to happen down here barring something special.

I’m going through a conventional loan right now and they made the seller remove security bars so a foundation issue may make it not financAble.
