It has support posts, but the structure is only bolted on to the brick of the building, whereas, a good long term solution would be to drill through the brick, hit a stud, and attach the structure to the stud.

The lien says that it attaches to all personal and real property of the obligor (the man)...but again to me it doesnt appear he has any ownership of this property.THANKS!!

@Zoe Mercier - @Paul McCormick Jr seems to be the one with some insight in this thread :)I don't know whether this is a good deal or not, though I am guessing since the owner is compelled to attach financing to it, the deal must not be so easy to exit.

I went down to the base and talked to the location assistance office to see if they would pass out my cards to new members coming in or leaving and they told me i could join the wall and pointed over at a wall with flyers and business cards all over it.. there must have been like 50 different realtors pinned to the wall.. so i went down the store and bought a 25 card holder and attached it to the wall and filled it with my cards, about 2 weeks ago i was on base seeing a friend who lives on base in the base housing and decided to knock a few doors to offer assistance in maybe moving off base in the future and the MP's came after about 15 minutes of me knocking doors to let me know the base has strict policies against it...

You need to do a title search to determine IF there will be a remaining lien attached to the property if you buy, AND to determine how much that lien will be to cure, so that you can ADJUST YOUR OFFER PRICE ACCORDINGLY.
