Home is where the heart is. This is true for every single one of my clients. Whether you are buying or selling, you become attached to your new (or old) home. In order to keep that heart, you need someone who understands that love you have for the home you either want to live in or need to let go of.

I am a Realtor who is always in search of clients - Buyers, Sellers, what have you. I have co-brokered deals as well as closing every contract I have ever written on my own.

My favorite now is a couple who had put in 8 contracts to buy a house and none of them were accepted. The wife got in my car and I showed her a few homes. The agent I was helping out wrote a contract on her favorite. It was a no go. The next weekend, she asked if I could show her a few more. So into my car she went. On the drive, she mentioned that this will be the last weekend she would be out looking and putting in contracts. She was tired and worn out. She fell in love with a home. I asked her agent if she wanted me to write the contract. The agent said go for it. It was accepted as a back-up offer. And in the end, they closed on the house.

My background is in mineral management and that has taught me a few important things. For instance, did you know that the mineral rights to a plot of land don’t always come with the house that’s on that plot? I can navigate these things in your favor.

One of my talents is contract mastery which comes from that has come from my background and experience in Oil & Gas.

To get comfortable with the contracts your mentors teach you to practice writing and presenting contracts. In order for me to become successful with this, I started writing contracts for agents whom I was filling in for. At this point, I have a 100% success rate of contracts written & presented to being accepted.
