Good Afternoon, So I'm coming up on the end of my inspection period and struggling a little bit to wrap my head around a few things that have been recently uncovered; and would very much appreciate any opinions and advice on what may (or may not) be going on.

Some leases get recorded, so that can help uncover any former dry cleaners.  

I do think I need to start working harder to uncover the "deals" out there instead of waiting for something to happen! 

Asking the right questions to uncover their vision and help them craft the game plan, seeing yourself as a part of their team and helping them with their REI journey, having passion for that!

One’s listening and calibrated questioning should thus be geared toward uncovering, adapting to, and exploiting key unknown variables.

And of course, there’s a host of other potential issues you can uncover in 10-15 minutes.

In just my county, one investigator could easily uncover enough fraud to pay for their position a few times over.

But my inspection uncovered a lot more ugliness. 

We removed all the flooring and paneling which uncovered some water damage in several rooms.

I have to say I am really stressing out about it, especially when it is well known that inspections don't always uncover all of the issues in a property.
