I’m a new Realtor in Philadelphia, PA and looking to generate most of my business with rental property investors. Are there any specific skills that investors like to see an agent be efficient in?

Definitely agree that finding deals will always be a great way to find you additional clients and business. I would also focus on building your team of resources to help with that. If you have a list of great General Contractors, Handymen, HVAC, yard maintenance, property managers on and on it will be extremely helpful to anyone trying to invest in your area. And if you are looking to invest yourself that will be helpful anyways!
