Great to see another investor in my neighborhood (I'm in Gilford/Laconia area).Good idea getting your Real Estate license (though it's a tough business right now) - there is so much synergy that can happen when you are the agent buying (or selling) an investment property.

I’ve been looking to put a heloc on one of my rental properties and I guess the internet hears me and I keep seeing Synergy one Heloc website come up.

There is a large influx of Spanish immigrants moving into the neighborhood, so I can feel I can charge  A higher interest rate for someone with poor or no credit. 

I perform the inspections before a tenant moves in and after they move out to compare the "before" and "after" reports side by side for any findings of damages, etc.I then create a report (40 pages) of my findings on the property with pictures and comments in both English and Spanish for the Landlord and tenants.Main Benefit to Landlord: Protect their propertiesMain Benefit to Tenants: Protect their security deposit moneyAnd that's why I love what I do for a living :-)On another note, I can't believe I never heard of this forum before, this forum is the real deal!

My wife and I have a single family home in the Spanish Lakes area of St Louis MO (just north of St Louis).

That being said, the thing I've noticed consistently over the years is that many successful people have created synergy between multiple asset classes.

Providing tenants with a notice to vacate is always the worst part of investing but as you all know, its nearly impossible to complete a full reno with residents in-place and, the cost synergies of renovating the entire property at one time are too advantageous to pass up. 

The great thing about working for a smart brokerage like KW is that they have a great reputation for street cred, training, employee moral and marketing savvy and synergy.

Land Registry Law (provided by the DR government and in spanish)  does not cover you. 

I am a Mexican citizen and I speak fluent Spanish, so I have those two things taken care of.Again, any help would be great.
