Wholesaling in Mexico

Hi everyone,

I am currently a wholesaler in San Diego, which is 15 minutes away from the border of Tijuana, Mexico. I am going to be wholesaling in Mexico as well and I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience wholesaling in another country and know what to watch out for. I will speaking with the title companies there and likely to some lawyers as well to make sure that I don't get myself into any trouble, but first hand experience would be great.

I am a Mexican citizen and I speak fluent Spanish, so I have those two things taken care of.

Again, any help would be great. Thanks
