Looking for others locally who may want to collaborate.

I am looking for a partner who I can make a plan with and keep track of the progress and results, as well  as collaborate and assign responsibilities to better overcome any obstacles along the way.

Would love to hear from anyone that has experience in this space, or anyone in the DMV area looking to collaborate on such a project (including financial investors, or experienced potential board members).Much appreciated!

The Greater Memphis Alliance for a Competitive Workforce (GMACW), launched recently through a collaboration that included the Chamber, is expected to help align education offered in public schools to real-world jobs.

Asana is a free web-based collaborative project management/task management program.

I'm basically finding that no promises or guarantees, don't talk about that it's safe, don't give specific returns until you're working out terms on an actual property you'll collaborate on to purchase.

If it isn't up to their standards I would work on collaborating with them to see if you can come up with a solution together.

I see and use Forums like this, and others, as an opportunity to collaborate with and expand upon a pre-existing formal knowledge of the Industry or strategy...not as a starting point into an industry.
