He did this through not just his celebrity status, good looks and silver tongue, but also with a well designed and polished high pressure sales program that relied on fear of missing out and classic bait and switch tactics to rush customers into bad decisions without conducting inspections, getting appraisals or any of the usual due diligence.

Some are polished and established, others perhaps a bit rough around the edges but they hustle to get you product and that has to count.  

My family bought an industrial sewing facility and built out I nto a Polish restaurant up here in the metro Detroit area. 25 years later it's still   turning a nice profit.Good luck with the new venture, I'll have to stop in once we're moved into the Charlotte area!

Academic kids, polished and well mannered they seem to be, with good parental support. 

You will find brand new people to the game and those that have been polished with years of experience, both good and bad.

Ultimately, I was able to leverage these skills (with a little more polishing) into a career as a Product Designer in the tech industry.Despite all of these varying pursuits, I never forgot about Rich Dad, Poor Dad, or the idea of real estate investing.Fast forward to today, I am working and growing in a rewarding career that I really enjoy and am excited to start getting my hands dirty.

Thankfully, I’ve only ever had one place that required 3 weeks of repairs/ polishing at turnover.

Just remember if its polished porcelain, it will need to be sealed.

We chose an apartment with a little less polish but also in a great location, with much more reasonable terms in the lease.

We have done the spit and polish but not a new kitchen, though its in good shape it holds the unit value down.
