Or would it just even out and have negligible effect (i.e. more supply & equally more demand = nominal gains in appreciate or appreciation stasis).

Today I saw someone on a FB group complaining that their cover beach photo was now a kitchen photo. 

When you eventually do move out, take photos of everything and have a couple witnesses smell the property, so they can attest that there is no smoke odor. 

When we were emailing with the company, they asked us to provide information on properties that we could provide them and include photos and the pricing structure.

We take 360 images, full photos and a video to be able to show case the home to prospective tenants.

I found it amusing how they put a photo of everyone who has ever worked for them on their website and 90% of them seem to be involved in fundraising and internet marketing activities around 10% in real estate. 

They do not show any photos or know who these people are3. 

I would also recommend you include proof of needed repairs via a photo move out inspection showing damage.
