Contractually, I'm sure I'll be on the hook for something based on their PM favored literature, but can I contest that they have done absolutely nothing for me, including not paying me as my defense?

For future tenants I would include in lease verbiage around listing property for rent prior to them moving out so you have time to market the property.

I honestly give 5 stars when I shouldn't because I feel bad, but I give them feedback the whole time on what is broken and if they are responsive I feel like it's ok and then I still include what to look for in my review to help others.
