Get your private jet yet?

In financial crisis, a developer was offering 40 hours of private jet time with the sale of a penthouse condo...But realistically, if a seller isn't negotiating price, I would not expect to get anything else, including closing cost assistance.

They would even fly a VP out on a corporate jet and I would pick them up and we would go to the property. 

I mean you could just lock up their Lear Jet and sell it at auction like they do on TV if they don't pay   :)

We made it home, adding chandeliers, new carpet, jetted tub, etc.I should have been more responsible and payed the property taxes as they came out, but allowed myself to get behind since 2011 to the tune of now more than $4k for 3 years, choosing to invest that money instead.

Does anyone have any opinion on tub with jets in bathrooms?

Hi Chris, I'm relatively new to HML also, but I've talked to several different HML lenders in the Houston area and have applied with Jet Lending at one point.
