Opinions on Remodeling Bathroom?
Does anyone have any opinion on tub with jets in bathrooms? I own a 3 br/2ba condo in Chicago. My master bath has a stand up shower and a big tub in it with jets that neither my wife or I have used or will use since we moved in 3 years ago.
Im thinking about taking it out and turning my standup shower into a larger stand up shower (i.e. a place to sit) and extending the closet to get more space. The other bathroom has a traditional bathtub in it, so there would still be one tub in the condo. Does anyone have an opinion on this kind of bathroom either positively or negatively impacting valuation of a home?
