Who's going to handle that heat?! 

Previous owner had wall units for heat and window units for AC.

I've been out of the country for the past 6 years though, and the market has really heated up from what I've seen and competition is fierce!

In the winter its the gas bill for renters using the heated pool and in the summer its been the electric bill from the AC (just got one yesterday for July - $472!!!). 

I get over there & water is pouring out of the radiant heat system underneath a window.

Also, I am able to remotely control the temperature so not unnecessarily heating or cooling the house when nobody will be staying in it.  

It’s a heated market and the property taxes will kill your cash flow.As far as choosing a market, just look at the population demographics, Price points, crime, industries etc, incomes Look into it but don’t overkill it.
