You can go and look at the history of all the auctions once you register and see how the bidding went, and whether the lender or a bidder won each auction.

Although you can't look up criminal history, you can get landlord references from other landlords with whom they have worked.

But to answer your question, I'm cool with my daughter living with me until she's around 30.
