I also gave a gift to a kids birthday party that was a jar filled with quarters and candy. 

But by and large, the numbers just don't make sense.I think you'll find the same holds true for Chicago.I 100% agree with these markets - Indianapolis, Dayton, Toledo, DetroitVery high cashflow and many micro markets offering that cashflow in solid B class areas.We have done hundred of deals between Toledo and Dayton and still feel like kids in a candy store.Much success

Like a kid in the candy store I was so excited about having all my time to spend on what I love most - real estate!

We are going to make business cards and hand them out like candy, we going to attend more meetup groups and we will put ourselves out there to manage other investor's properties. 

It has been so much fun for me because it is like taking candy from a baby when it even comes to dealing the banks.

If if's and but's were candy and nut's we'd all have a very merry x-mas.......
