Looking for real estate attorney serving Framingham, MA

I purchased a multi-family property in Framingham, MA recently.  I need the services of an attorney who is well versed in 30 day notices to quit/vacate and possibly evictions (in the COVID era) should it come to that.

Background on the tenant/unit we're looking vacate:

  • Tenant is TAW (Tenant-At-Will) as of November 1, 2020.
  • We are not holding last month rent or security deposit for the unit.
  • The tenant is up to date on rent as of November 1, 2020.
  • The unit appears to be subleased. There are individual locks on each door while the lease only had 1 tenant and 1 co-signer. The lease has clauses forbidding subleasing.

Looking forward to any connections you can help me with!  Thanks BP community!
