Hi,I put a bid on a REO from BOA through a local Real Estate Agent and bid $14k over the listing price.

I found BoA has a transitional position which looks interesting.

All operations of CW shorts officially went to BOA in the last two weks and their process seems to be better now.

I believe its a VA foreclosure even though a BOA contact number was left on the garage door.

This one is serviced by BOA and they are very slow.

When i heard the mortgage was BoA/countrywide, I cringed and almost didnt take on this property.

Your Corp Banks ie; BOA, Wells Fargo, Chase.... create loans/mortgages then package them up and sell them off.
