Even if you're only .the host of your own KOA that can still feel like an anchor.  

And perhaps "anchor" trees on the corners of your foundation. 

Which has been an chore.

Welfare and entitlement can also be an anchor that holds folks back.

Post undergrad, I started my career in Atlanta managing grocery-anchored shopping centers with a publicly-traded REIT, then transitioned to a global CRE firm in Houston to manage Class-A industrial properties.

Thomas, I do remember starting out and egar to agree to things I'd never do now, my thought was that your deals might be longer terms, 3, 5, 7, 15 years, as you obtain more business you'll have anchors dragging yo in less profitable deals that you got involved with.

That is a great economic anchor.
