I've had to learn that just because a certain setup isn't my personal preference, doesn't preclude a house from being a successful VR.

@Mia Crampton if you can’t generate more income than someone who wants to pay you monthly and arbitrage your property then you shouldn’t be in the VR biz.

I remember thinking he was joking ... and he wasn't.Now there is rate my Professor, blah blah,... and people have an idea prior to registering for the courses.That is exactly the way some people are with VR reviews.

If you have a larger market you might be able to do STR during the fall/winter/spring season and VR during the summer.
