Appendix A is a statement of common charges (wall repair, damaged blinds, garbage removal, etc) that the tenant gets with the lease.

I didn't want to dive into Real Estate blindly so for the past 6+ months I've been gaining as much knowledge on the profession as possible.

Am I blind?

(New hinge on door, $99, Sealed garbage disposal line $99, repaired latch mechanism on laundry room $99, fixed faulty vent $99, Rehung blinds in den due to cracking $99, Replaced cracked molding around bathroom $99.)  

Also ended up replacing exterior doors and lots of little things too (light fixtures, blinds, etc)All in all was a great investment.

Without an escalation it could have easily lead to round two of blindly shooting for highest and best.

I even got new blinds for the windows and it still reeks like smoke.

Take photos during the day with the blinds set to let the sunlight in.c.

However, just like Terms and Conditions we blindly agree to, we often don't.
