I've started to look at Hartford, specifically the South End and parts of New Haven.

I am looking at small multifamily properties (10-20 units) in the Hartford area.

Here's the deal We have two wholesale deals under contract, networking for a buyer.

Main Branch is in East Hartford CT.

My existing properties are insured by USAA, but they send workers comp/ GL insurance out to Hartford, and Hartford apparently isn't writing these policies.
