Hartford, CT market - new investor

I am looking at small multifamily properties (10-20 units) in the Hartford area. I am interested in this market because it is close to New York City, rents are pretty high ($600-750 for a 2 bedroom). Would like to connect with other investors and experts in the Connecticut area and get opinions on neighborhoods and areas to target in this market.

Adrienne,

I manage around 100 units in Hartford and I can tell you that you need to be careful which sections you invest in. Feel free to message me directly if you ever want to discuss a potential property, I can give you my thoughts.
