Excited to finally have joined this forum. I am currently a full time general contractor with a focus on higher end residential remodeling. I typically run 5-8 projects of varying size and want to put my contracting knowledge to more use. My family has some commercial and residential rentals, I have always had a real passion for this business but know I have a lot to learn. My wife and i have owned 3 homes thus far, none with a goal outside of living in. The first two we lived in and rented bedroom to supplement the mortgage. Currently we live in a foreclosed home in Avon CT. we bought and have completely remodeled nights and weekends.

My short term goal is to continue to learn from others and through books, but i would ultimately like to purchase homes to flip, or hold for rentals (need to learn more how to judge each). I found BP while browsing for podcasts a while back and have been listening as often as i can. Excited to be an active member and not just a browser.
