My main questions is: How much luck do you have with your investor carrot website in terms of seller leads?

Investor Carrot is great and easy to implement, but I also think it's important to build a custom solution as well, and focus on getting on the 1st page of Google.

You should consider getting a site from investor carrot (the best sites in the business) and also start doing remarketing on your site.

But I like your idea of an incentive to use the system- carrot rather than stick - because the late fee disincentive which she has already accrued doesn't seem to change over her behavior. 

It was a 2 for 1 admission so a friend and I split this and paid $150 each.Unfortunately it has been nothing but dangling a carrot; the speaker has reviewed a handful of useful facts and tidbits but not actual education on how to use them and instead says “wouldn’t it be great if you had someone LIKE A COACH to make sure you were doing this correctly?”

Why don't you ask all these carrot owners how many leads THEY get a day.
