Yet, I always set up my entities: 1) I prefer to use Indiana online with the Secretary of State's office -- easy. 2) Obtain an TIN from IRS.GOV for each entity. 3) Then roll forward with a nice Operating Agreement and Bank Acct Resolution.

Most other methods of investing require much more risk (putting up your own money or credit rating) and are unable to just walk away if the deal doesn't pan out so a greater percentage of people there are looking for win/win scenarios.

I've coated mobile home roofs and metal roofs on houses, but I think it might become an unholy mess to try to coat an existing asphalt roof.Last tin roof I coated, the black stuff dripped off the edges for weeks and weeks and got tracked into cars and onto the porch and inside the apartments and man, both my tenants and workers were realllllly unhappy with that mess.
