Also we have 4 seasons here, snow in the winter and 90+ degree 90% humidity in the summer sometimes so you will need good HVAC units!

So every state has its plus and minus.. and were else can you have 107 degree heat and 90% humidity .. that's what its suppose to be next Monday when I come to Dallas to look at my investments there   LOL..
