Those are my favorite stays.

You'll need several on your list because there will be times when your favorite contractor is on another job and you'll have to use another one that's on your list and available when you need them.I don't know about your area but if you're really in need survey the Home Depot parking lot for the vans and trucks with signs on them marked Contractor, Home Remodeling, etc.. 

I'd imagine a lot of people do what I do and add them to favorites, boards, etc. to 1.) track them as they age, 2.) look for price reductions, or 3.) see what they sell for.  

But what I was most proud of was seeing so many people out....stores and restaurants opening (my favorite sushi place was already back up)...and just the return of life and "back to business" attitude that makes Houston such a great city.I already experienced contractors trying to jack up prices...some legit as I know getting materials is more expensive. 

The location is great, and it is tucked away nearby a main strip, so easy access to gyms, restaurants, movies etc..  

It is a favorite pass time for me.

Now that those ventures into the PE markets and doing this business at large scale are part of my past, I'm extremely excited to get back to my favorite part of REI, meeting people, doing deals, and helping other fellow adventurers in any way I can.I am very excited to be part of the BP community.

one or two of which could be in our favorite ski resort towns... etc... 

FYI the Carmel/PG/Monterey area is one of my favorites in CA to vacation.
