We inspected the home in July and the tenant showed us the hole in the floor by the front door. 

Just wondering if any one has had experienced before :I just a notice from city of oakland, RAP stating that my ex-tenant filed a petition for reduce of services, for a broken and damaged fence, hole under the kitchen sink and window handlebar broken.

I feel the same, but am always concerned that there is some loop hole I'm missing.

I personally won't invest in IL because we're going to get taxed out the 'whazzoo' to get out of this hole the state Gov't dug for us.   

Be cognizant of the fact that the city is a crap hole though and while you may have ok tenants, you also run the risk of having bad tenants. 

I have an acre lot that needs to have drainage and grading plans drawn up before I can start designing the house.

Whomever pays 200-225 to complete that form is the dumbest a-hole on earth.

I'm currently working myself out of a hole after being unemployed for 6 months.

Also, I don't know what wall damages could refer to as I didn't hang anything on the walls so there were no holes, scratches... 

I found a circular cutter at Hobby Lobby and I'd punch a hole.
