Cleaning and Damage Fees

I have recently finished college and moved out of my apartment to start my new job as an architect.  The apartment management team sent me an email saying I owe fees of $110 within the next 30 days.  $25: failure to pass cleaning check $25: cleaning and $60: wall damages and repainting.

What can I do as I thoroughly cleaned the apartment before I left.  Also, I don't know what wall damages could refer to as I didn't hang anything on the walls so there were no holes, scratches...  I was rarely in the apartment as I spent most of my time in design studio, as other architects can attest to.  I asked to do a walk through inspection before leaving but management said they do not do that.  I unfortunately did not take pictures of the apartment before I left, though, I realize now I probably should have.

Note: my roommate did not get charged with these fees.

Thanks for any suggestions.
