It used to be that Loopnet was a semi-good resource for companies to search for their own space but ever since CoStar bought Loopnet that has declined sharply (loopnet now charges substantial fees to list properties so their inventory has dropped off a cliff).

I would assume that your tenant wants you to provide a copy of the receipts for the furniture purchase and will either pay you what you paid and keep the furniture or decline and continue renting it fir $50 month.

I wonder if there is a service one could subscribe to or access which shows:- Total value of residential mortgage debt in the US- How that debt is grouped by fixed vs ARM rates- How thar debt cuts in terms of prime vs subprime- How are the monthly payments doing (on time vs late)- Proportion of foreclosures (growing or declining) - How much of the debt is primary residence vs investment - Average loan to value estimate My point is simple.

As for fees etc, there is a small ACH fee each month for the bank transfer of the payment I receive each month.Basically there is a waiting list of investors and as notes come up, clients are contacted about the note and they have a few days to do some due diligence about the market/property/management and purchase or decline the noteIf there are any issues with payments, foreclousures etc etc, the company handles it allAgain, I'm very early in my investigation of this avenue of investing, but that's my understanding as of right now
