Everyone on here is so confident, I feel like we are not cut out for it because we are nervous and want to save a ton of cash for all the "what if's" out there.

Other than that I'm pretty confident I could figure it out/get help and do the rest on my own, but then again this is my first time and my 30-35k budget may not be as solid as I think.

Extremely confident I can make this work for me and I want this badly.

I have never done one before but am confident I can get it done.
