Help! Potential pre-foreclosure deal SWFL
Hello BP community! It has been a while since i posted but am currently working on a pre-foreclosure deal. I have never done one before but am confident I can get it done. The owner has two properties in pre-foreclosure and just wants to move on. I figure if I get the houses to wholesale them I could make him an offer for the amount that's owed and that would still be way below the ARV. I'm curious to know how this would work if I have to deal with the banks. Would I still be able to assign it? Do a double closing or would I just get a "marketing fee" from my end buyer? Please help any information would be appreciated. I'm in Florida btw.
