Maybe in future.Can someone recommend a real estate agent or a person who can help me finding a property that might be a good deal.Or buying in Ventura County just doesn't make sense and I should just broaden my horizon to anywhere in US.I was thinking if I buy in Ventura County I already have a tenant i.e. myself :)
