This morning, I did a quick search of “multi-family” on Twitter, and found BiggerPockets!

I know the quick and easy answer would be 'Social Media' but I'm finding that a lot of the agents attempts at social media are met with low amounts of connections, meaning less than 100 fans on their facebook fan pages, lop sided following/followers on twitter, meaning they follow 5000 but only 100 follow them.

I do allot of marketing on facebook, twitter and Instagram.

Jump on your social accounts (Facebook, Twitter, G+ etc.) and please share the article and any other BP content that you think others would be interested in!

Think of your yellow letter campaign as short twitter posts.

Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and of course this site are the best places to start.

I don't, but I put an inquiry out to my contacts on Twitter and here on BP.

@daniel I have not yet had a moment to setup an official website, i have registered all the names on FB/Twitter/IG/Gmail for email accounts in various variations PS-- Deal 5 just landed today, I almost had a heart attack.
