Hello everyone. My name is Rhonda and I am very new to real estate. The only work I have ever done was construction, fast food, and motel work. But due to physical reason I can no longer do this type of work. Every time I search for something different to learn I always find myself back to researching real estate. I don't know why I am so drawn to it. I am a pretty shy person and I am hoping to overcome this as well as starting something new that I know and believe will help me and my family in this financial situation. I never graduated high school but I did graduate from college and got my construction diploma. I have learning disabilities so school was hard for me and the GED looks even harder. I took GED classes for 4 years for the teacher to tell me that she didn't know how to help me. I am hoping to gain financial freedom and overcoming my fears. We are hoping to be moving out of Kansas and back home to Grand Junctuon, Colorado area and plan on applying for real estate investing, earn while you learn, but I would like to get a head start on it before we move in Dec. We have no money and on the edge of loosing what we have. We have no vehicle so sometimes I have to walk my daughter to school which is clear across town and kills me to walk that far. Anyways that is all about me. Looking forward to meeting new people. I also work with a company called IGrow network and I have received a founders certificate. I do allot of marketing on facebook, twitter and Instagram. So I am aware of online marketing but that's all I know.
