Alltec also rely on actually computer in office to run (you leave the computer on 24/7) and not cloud/internet based, so you have certain issue if say office loses power or the tedeous Windows 10 automatic update (whatever scenario that shuts down computer after office hour)....

Or a host of other occupations that my medical condition precludes. 

Join some local Facebook groups for hosts, and some local FB groups just for local residents. 

And yet another, recording a memoradum of purchase agreement to cloud title and then not releasing the memorandum in order to hold the property hostage for a fee, is a serious legal issue.And another, signing a purchase and sale agreement without the intent or ability to close, is fraud.

As a host here in Florida i would always make sure to have an umbrella policy that covers personal liability if something happens.

We use a cloud based program(rentecdirect.com) that automates many tasks including collecting rent, screening tenants , broadcasting our vacancy listings, accounting, etc).  

HOWEVER, based on tax advantages, leverage returns, and opportunity cost the buyers may decide to finance anyway.In mortgage states the homeowner owns the home even in theory; the mortgage is a lien clouding title, but title is held by the owner.  

I am not trying to convince you this isn't the right decision, but you can't allow building your dream house to cloud your judgment.
