Is this more of a champions rub elbows with champions sort of thing?

In doing this, I created a known gaming alias around the league and ended up meeting my wife online, starting my own business teaching others, landed job offers and met some pretty cool celebrities along the way.

what he was saying is ( and I am with you on this its bush league) but there are hard money lenders out there that let you basically print off your own POF.. 

I ask lots of agents, developers, landlords and brokerage owners very specific questions about the market.Be careful what you read, because some of the articles are written by champions of the industry.   

Focus on surrounding yourself with quality/knowledgeable people and identify creative methods to find a "snowball" property, something that isn't out of your league that provides the proof-of-concept (and confidence) you need to level up.
