Lawyers and Commercial Real Estate

Hey guys,

I'm naive when it comes to lawyers. I have no idea what to say to them and am low-key scared of them because of my lack of knowledge. Any input would help me and others like me on the forums. I can't be the only one...

What types of lawyers do you need for apartment buildings?

Where's the best place to find these lawyers?

What are the best interview questions you know to ask these lawyers?

Thank you,

V/r,

Jesse

@Jesse Daconta you need an SEC attorney for the syndication documents, real estate attorney for the closing, tax attorney and Account for asset protection and tax advice.

These type of Attorneys aré business advisors. They are part of your team. They work for you and with you. This is not a litigation process so nothing to worry yourself with.
