It's all in your marketing.....I would set up a YouTube channel.......IG and a business Facebook and just show more of what you do on a daily..........showcase your rehabs......and everything you do in real estate......give tips and random gems as free game....

I figured I could use the new flip as a way of showcasing my work (via YouTube/Instagram) as well as give me the flexibility to take on the jobs I want, instead of feeling pressured to take every job I can.

Once I get going as in I purchase my first few rental properties, should I create a website that showcases the properties and/or availability or is that just doing too much? 

I used to do graphic design work so I will also make a blueprint for a lot of my construction projects but that is just a bonus.

So, the large percentage YoY increases in median prices seen in the graphics above are not an artificial product of last year’s shut down.

@James Hamling your graphics in the Minnesota area is very representative of what is going on in Chicago.

I will note the presentation and fancy graphics etc are not what wins the deal, it’s the sponsor and their knowledge, understanding of risk, experience and integrity is what gets people to invest.

But I wanted to showcase a scenario where this could be possible. 

I'm actively getting my license and would love to know from brokers, "What can a new agent showcase in their attempt to connect and join a high level team that would make them the most attractive candidate to join their brokerage?"
