Make it super credible, and then work on SEO while you do PPC and facebook ads.

I currently run about 20 pages personally on Facebook ,but also own a marketing business that focuses on social media marketing and SEO.

As for the website Search Engine Optimization (SEO) takes about 6 months to get well and it takes a lot of time and effort.

With about 20k per month you can get some good SEO on a good landing page that generates some traffic that will get you 3-5 deals per month.

@Alexis Bohlander From an SEO standpoint, I would consider this (with some exceptions) a disadvantage.

If you're willing to put in the work and go direct to seller (letters, seo, signs, door knocking or whatever) you can pull down deals monthly with ease.

I set up a website through Carrot with SEO that ranks on the 1st page of google about a year ago but I've only received 1 lead which didn't work out. 

We have top  revenue properties in the Big Bear CA market and you can choose to include everything including furniture furnishings and getting the permit and pictures as well as SEO optimized listing.

There are countless other aspects to short term rentals (designing communications to please the booking platform algorithms, copywriting, the psychology of guest satisfaction, seo, knowing and understanding the platform policies to protect your payouts, etc) but it’s very intensive to truly optimize a property and that’s where a competent management company (with in-house specialists) would come in.
