From an investment standpoint, the town of Telluride has put in a concerted effort to make it both a summer and winter destination with 2 world renowned film festivals in addition to bluegrass, jazz, blues and brews, wine and car lovers festivals filling up the summer calendar. 

I focus mostly on ocean front, bay front, and sometimes a block or so to the water for year round vacation rentals. 

The blue and red real glossy stuff, again from my distributor is for only hot and cold applications not for heating and has no additional barriers.

Does anyone have experience investing in SFR or small multi-family properties in Monmouth/Ocean County?
