Hello Any active Airbnb hosts on here? My husband and I are considering using our separate entrance basement space as an Airbnb rental. Does anyone on the forum currently do this in Georgia? Are there any meet up groups for Airbnb rentals? We are wondering if you’ve done it how successful you have been and any roadblocks you faced?! Thanks in advance! Amanda Fabian

I do it in the bay area of California and increased my monthly gross 35% over my long term tenant.  But there is a serious learning curve. I just kind of jumped in. I think everyone has to find their style and whats right for their market. I hate air bnb host relations so I am currently signing up for the other hosting sites.
